Net-Zero Building Consultation involves working with you from the earliest design stages to develop a strategy for creating a building that produces as much energy as it consumes — or better. This involves passive design strategies, high-efficiency systems, on-site renewable energy and rigorous performance modelling. We provide the roadmap, the modelling and the ongoing guidance to ensure your building achieves Net-Zero performance.

eCube supports all major green building rating systems operating in India, including LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), IGBC (Indian Green Building Council), GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) and EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies). We handle everything from pre-assessment through to final certification, including documentation, energy modelling, submission preparation and responding to reviewer queries.

Our construction process begins with a thorough brief and site analysis, followed by schematic design, detailed design, approvals and finally construction. Throughout the build, our team provides regular site supervision, quality control and coordination with contractors. We maintain transparency through regular client updates and ensure the finished building matches the design intent exactly — meeting our motto of "Building It Right!"

Our Interior Design service covers the complete interior fit-out of residential and commercial spaces. This includes space planning, material and finish selection, furniture design and procurement, lighting design, joinery and cabinetry design, and full execution management. We handle the entire process from initial concept through to the final handover, ensuring every element reflects your vision and lifestyle.

An Energy Audit involves an assessment of your building's current energy use, identification of wastage, and recommendations for cost-effective improvements. Building Simulations go further — using software such as EnergyPlus or DesignBuilder to model how a building will perform before or after construction. Our simulations cover energy consumption, thermal comfort, daylight levels, artificial lighting loads and greenhouse gas emissions, giving you the evidence to make informed design decisions.
